TREADING WATER - HOW TO OVERCOME FEAR OF DEEP WATER//
Today’s video is dedicated to demonstrating three different variations of treading water as well as one very powerful assessment you can start to practice now to get you mentally and physically ready for deep water.
First, you must practice these drills and movements in a shallow pool before progressing to a deep pool.
