In this video, I look at the bible to answer one of your questions:

Can a Christian live in sin and still go to heaven?

With unspiritual and unscriptural preaching in the churches today, we experience a huge amount of young lukewarm Christians that do no read the bible anymore and just want to hear sermons that tickle their ears.

The numbers are growing and this is quite disturbing because people’s eternal salvation is at stake. I have traveled to over 20 countries in the last 13 years and visited many different churches around the world, with the shocking realization that so many Christians out there continue to live a sinful life…They have not moved away from their old sinful lifestyles. The sad part about this is that many people believe that they are Christians while they ave never been reborn. Going to a church on Sunday or praying a prayer sometimes, does not make you a true Christian. You are only a true Christian if you truly believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins on the cross and if you confessed it with your mouth and repented of all your sins.

If you truly meant it and accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, you have been reborn and received the Holy Spirit and a new spiritual nature. You have been spiritually reborn and do not want to live in sin any longer.

In this video, I explain this a bit more.

So, can you live in sin without caring about it and still go to heaven? Definitely not, but you can sin as a true Christian at times because you still have a sinful nature and you are not perfect. But the Holy Spirit will convict you to ask to make it right and also ask God for forgiveness. But watch the whole video to understand this better.
