These cheesy guys are sure to get any party started. From start to finish, they only take about an hour and will distract your guests while you work on grilling up the main course.
We’ve learned that cutting the pepper jack and/or cheddar into 2 inch pieces holds the integrity of the cheese better than when it’s shredded and melts perfectly into its little jalapeño boat.
Be sure to grill them on indirect heat, and pull them off when the cheese starts to bubble and brown. You want a little crunch left in that pepper!
