Welcome back to another blog of mine, this time we're going off the last blog I wrote which was sometimes if I feel down it can turn me bitter and that has happened as recently as September. I woke up one morning and felt awful - I was already tired, I was under the weather and I was angry with someone else, so I wasn't too great. So this person messages me who's a close friend of mine reminding me to do something and I lashed out at him and wasn't in contact with him for around 2 weeks., it took my family to talk to me and remind me that staying angry at someone is not a healthy thing to do and that's something I struggle with but trying to remember.
