Although I couldn’t call the late Jim Perry an ultra- close personal friend over the years I knew him well enough to recognize his terrific talents and total professionalism.

I had watched Jim host hit shows like “Sale Of The Century” long before meeting him. Then when I was invited to be a celebrity guest on “Card Sharks”, which he hosted, his warmth and friendliness was apparent from the moment I met him.

Needless to say I was saddened to hear of his passing. We have lost a big-time name in our genre. And I have lost a friend. I extend my thoughts and prayers to the Perry family.
