The Suni - Nesotragus moschatus

Description

Short description of the Suni: The Suni is a small antelope. It occurs in dense underbrush from central Kenya to KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. Suni are around 12–17 inches high at the shoulder and weigh 10–12 pounds. They are usually reddish brown, darker on their back than their sides and legs. Mass: 6,1 kg (Adult) Gestation period: 180 days Conservation status: Least Concern (Population stable) Length: 60 cm (Adult)
