My name is Natali and I’m the creator of the Pretreat Workout Video Series in collaboration with Garmin Fitness.
This series was created as the “PRETREAT” to any “RETREAT or ADVENTURE” you’re planning. It was inspired after hearing again and again that so many clients were discouraged they didn’t train “hard enough” or “the right way” to really enjoy the adventure trips they had signed up for. From hiking in the Grand Canyon on a 16 day river trip or surfing a river wave deep in the heart of the mountains, I saw that there was a need for a workout routine that was simple yet effective to get someone quickly in shape.
I know time is valuable and we don’t have a lot of it to spare so I made each video about 30 minutes (besides Stretch it out Saturday), we can’t skimp on our RECOVERY! The entire series is composed of 6 videos that pair up with each day of the week. The goal is to repeat them every week for as long as you want, wherever you want. NO need for a gym, all you need is a mat, the videos and a place to sweat.

About Natali Zollinger-
Natali is a desert girl at heart. From her home base in Moab, Utah, she’s built the perfect surf-and-turf lifestyle. As an accomplished professional whitewater stand up paddle athlete for Badfish SUP, Natali spends her summers recording episodes for her podcast, “Eddy Out” all while traveling the country training as an athlete, hosting SUP clinics with her business RVR2RVR, and competing in some of the top whitewater/flatwater races in the United States. Natali has made podium in almost every race she has competed in. Her competitive energy shines through in everything that she does both personally and professionally.
In addition to being an athlete, Natali is also a yoga/fitness/spin instructor, 15 year river guide, General Manager of a successful Restaurant in Moab called 98 Center and a “self proclaimed bio-hacker”. Her certifications include ACA Level 5 Advanced Whitewater Sup, Wilderness First Responder, Swift Water Rescue, and ADAPT Health Coach (In training).
Teaching and leading others’ toward health and wellness has always been her calling. It’s led her to participate in many educational courses all over the U.S. from the XPT Experience in Kauai put on by Laird Hamilton and Gabby Reece as well as the Foundations Course with Onnit over in Austin Texas led by John Wolf and Shane Heins.These are her cornerstones and what she attributes to in life for staying physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually fit.
