Welcome to the River Family!

In this total body paddle-fit workout, we’ll engage the entire body through stretch and strength movements. Light weights are encouraged, and a mat and water bottle are necessary.

Put on some comfortable clothes and Join Allie for a scenic waterfall workout designed for paddlers of all kinds. Whether you’re a raft guide, kayaker, stand up paddleboarder, or you enjoy a serene paddle on the lake. This workout will get you fit for the fun!
