I had the pleasure of interviewing my dear friend, Farouk El-Baz, an Egyptian Geologist who has an extensive background of being one of NASA’s first hires, to having a transporter named after him on Star Trek: TNG and being featured in the TV Series “From the Earth to the Moon” by Tom Hanks.
