It’s important to warm up our wrists and fingers properly before we go for some more challenging yoga postures like chaturanga dandasana, handstand etc. This video is also beneficial for anyone who suffers from wrist injuries/pain (e.g massage therapist like me and new moms who have to constantly hold the babies).
