This is Bas, many times I talk about “forming good habits” and once you have formed a good habit, to not break that habit. People always ask about what my routine is in the morning, about my stretching routine, working out, and the most asked question: “What do I take for supplements?”
Every single morning, for years, I have the same routine, the first (minimum) 2.5 hours of my day are phone and internet free. It has made a huge impact in my life so I simply never break this habit.
