Steve Arvey discovers this great guitar builder from company from The Island Of Formentara while performing at the 2023 German Guitar Summit In Mannheim Germany. So I am at the guitar summit and I am in the sound booth where they let you Demo guitars and turn the volume up. This guy is holding up this guitar and is pointing at it wanting me to play it. So I oblige and wow what a sound. It ends up that has a school on this wonderful island in the Mediterranean where he teaches people how to build guitars. He had built this Telecaster styled guitar after the model George Harrison had when he did his last sessions with the Beatles. The school lasts three weeks and you get to learn from a master luthier how to build a guitar like this from scratch. This is definitely on my Bucket list.
