Kundalini Yoga with Brooke Forbes.

Brooke has been in the fitness industry for the past 20 years. She has taught group fitness classes as well as Personal Training in all the major fitness clubs in North America including, Equinox NYC, Crunch NYC and LA, Vertical Club/Bally’s NYC, Toronto Canada, and Gold’s Gym NYC and LA.

Brooke has also developed, performed and has been a Presenter, in various fitness expos for IDEA and City of Hope in NYC.

Brooke is certified with American Council on Exercise (ACE) in Group Fitness Training and Personal Training. She also holds certifications for Cycle/Spin, through Reebok, Dance/Jazz instructor through Dance Masters of America and the British Association of Teachers Dance, Yoga Certification through IKYA, International Kundalini Yoga Association, 3HO Organization, and GoldenBridge Yoga, Los Angeles, Kickboxing Certification through Associate of Arts, Martial Arts Institute NYC, Nutrition Certification through Associate of Arts, and is a Certified “BollyX” Instructor.

Brooke teaches online, Kundalini Yoga, every Wednesday night at 7:00 pm PST/10:00 pm EST. Kundalini Yoga is a peaceful practice of Yoga, connecting mind/body/soul. A series of postures (Kriya) will be practiced as well as peaceful, joyous meditations and active/static stretches.

Brooke also teaches for a charity program, “Kundalini/Vinyasa Flow Yoga” classes for the women at the “Friendly House” in Los Angeles, a “women in crisis” center.

Brooke loves to teach and welcomes all proposals.
